FIRST TIME CUSTOMER COMPLAINT

Good day,

I tried buying a product on Takealot using Payflex. I was approved and my credit amount reflects on the app. However, when I tried to purchase the item on Takealot it shows my account is blocked. It's been 3 days now and still no one can provide me with feedback on my account. All documents were sent through as requested and still no feedback was received. I was advised that I should have a response by yesterday afternoon and still today I haven't heard anything. I was on the line now for 25 minutes just to be hung up on when I got to the front of the que before I could even speak to anyone. For a first time user of payflex I am disappointed. Really not the service I expect looking at the amount of good reviews you guys have.
