I believe someone is using my Identity to shop using payflex . How do you prevent such identity theft.
I want to.open a case of ***** and identity theft against the company.
How do they verify if the user is real

We see your ID had an attempted registration. However, our ***** system blocked the registration and there were no purchases done.
Your ID remains blocked and will never be allowed to be used with Payflex.
Payflex cannot take responsibility for the care of people's ID numbers. These were written in COVID registers at restaurants and office blocks etc. when you were required to share your ID number and details during the COVID days.
So anyone can access ID numbers very easily.
However, to aid you in tracing who used your ID number, below is additional information that was used to attempt to register with Payflex.
