False advertising

The refund process is almost impossible and they say its interest free but they debit on different intervals of week days so if maybe you forgot to allocate money to the correct savings account they add extra R70 for every failed debit order. Paid R1150 total for something that costed R900. Stay away from them if possible. Thanks
