FAILED TEMU PAYMENTS NOT REFUNDED

I have been using payflex since the beginng of time and never had issues this i'll admit but this time im infuriated as , working times start at 08h00 but whne you call they appparently have a high calll volue understandably but guess what? it drops. you mean i cant wait with my airtime ? Emails says they have a turnaround time of 3-5 working days thats crazy ! when people are loosing money !!! . I placed an order on Temu, order was not even CREATED on the Temu app as "payment failed" however payflex says it was successful and funds were deducted on my account, the order was cancelled by Temu due to no payment and Payflex are telling me I need to pay my remaining installments for an order that is not even paid for. Why should I pay for something I don’t have and will never recieve ??

Additionally 3 other orders were placed however my first 2 attempts failed , please can i have my MONEY !!!
