Extremely happy and grateful payflex customer

I just want to say how impressed I am with Chris Olsen from Payflex. I have been battling the whole weekend to do purchases on various websites with my ABSA banking app. ABSA blamed the merchants and the merchants blamed ABSA. Chris from Payflex was the only person that investigated everything, kept me updated, involved the Bank and the other merchants and surprise surprise late yesterday the bank admitted that there was a problem on their side with Visa cards and 3D authorisation. If it wasn't for Chris this issue would never have been sorted. He went above and beyond to help me and if it wasn't for him, this never would've been sorted. I have been a loyal payflex user for a long time and if a merchant don't offer payflex as a payment option I would rather look for another company that do work with them because they are the best
