Extremely disappointed_support non-existing

URGENT. I am locked out of my account. Been trying to change password but OTP. arrives hours later. I’ve sent 3 support requests and logged 2 tickets. Interest have been added to my account but I can’t access it to pay. Frustrated when I’m trying to do the right thing but all I receive automated response. I need to speak to a human.
