Extremely disappointed — Payflex holding my refund and ignoring all communication

I am very disappointed with the way Payflex is handling my refund. I placed an order with Makro, which was later cancelled. Makro confirmed that they have processed the refund, but Payflex has still not released my money.

I have tried every possible way to reach them — I submitted a complaint through their platform (no response), I called (no answer), and even tried contacting them via WhatsApp (messages not going through). An agent who initially tried to assist me yesterday closed my ticket without resolving anything.

This is very upsetting and feels like Payflex is holding onto my money unfairly. I urgently need this refund to be processed. The lack of communication and accountability is completely unacceptable.
