Exceptional customer service
Evan was extremely helpful with the problem that I had with a merchant. He managed to resolve the issue within 5 hours of me reporting the issue. He kept to his promising of reaching out to me once he had contacted the merchant. The issue was hanging for 5 days and Evan could assist in 5 hours, I am extremely happy with his service.
