Excellent Service

I was frustrated from the 28/05/2026, due to I couldn't pay my account whether using my card or EFT. I sent emails but there was no assistance at all and they closed my tickets without having a resolution for my query.

So I made the decision to call in and I could tell you that Nokuphila was a life saver. She reassured me that my query would be escalated.
