Excellent resolution of dispute

After a dispute having been logged previously on Hellopeter with regards to penalty fees levied on a late payment outside of my control, I had been contacted by the Campaign Manager, Daniel Molefe, within 2 hours of logging it on Hellopeter, who had arranged to credit the penalty fees from a subsequent payment, aand also arranged for a further R100 voucher as a token of apology. This bodes as an indication of excellent customer service provided by Payflex!
