EMAIL INCORRECT

My email address is incorrect on my PayFlex account. I could not do the face verification as I was advised to do a new ID because they could verify it via Home Affairs. After getting my new Id I sent them an email and was told to send proof of income and proof of address. I sent an email, and I got links sent to me but the verification is still failing and no one is providing a way forward.
