****ed off with Payflex
Returned Takealot order on the 23/01 and it was finalised on the 25/01. It is now the 8th February 2025 and the money has still not reflected in my wallet and they can’t tell you when it will reflect. No real support via WhatsApp or email either. They just say we can’t tell you when it will reflect. If I ever get my money back I’m deleting my profile. Don’t understand how it can take more than 2 weeks. If I had paid Takealot directly I’m sure the funds would have been available within 3-5 working days.
