Duplicate Debit- Refund Not Received

On the 25theof June I made a payment to payflex and shortly after that my account was debited again for the same amount, despite the payment having already been processed I reported the issue immediately on the 25th June via email, but to date I haven't received the refund or any update on when this will be resolved I would like to know why nobody has contacted me and for my refund to processed asap
