Duplicate debit- poor customer service!!!

The worst Customer service. On the 25th June 2025, I made payment into my Payflex account as per payment agreement. A few minutes later, they debited the exact amount. When I check my order, the one amount is not reflecting. I sent an email and was told someone would reach out within 72 hours, to date nothing has been said, what’s even worse, when you call their *** it just rings.
