Double payment not refunded

I made a purchase and decided to make a payment before the agreed payment date on the payflex website.To my surprise I was debited on the date of payment despite making a payment prior.I have tried reaching out to customer care care with no luck/hardly any response.Proof of payments were sent and still the matter hasn’t been resolved,it’s been 2 months now
