Double payment

I’m a loyal customer payfex , I pay them without any mistake ,on the 25 I decided to pay them before they can debit ,only to find out they took double amount R1375 x2,I tried calling them their number does not exist ,Watsup only does two ticks no respond ,email it’s an auto respond and they don’t get to you ,I tried to go to the back to reverse the money but they could not ,and I was like since on the 8 I have another payment maybe it will take that one .unfortunately they took another R1375 ,still there’s no respond ,there’s no one to talk to too because they are no way to be found ,the other transaction was on pending from 25/07/2025 and on 28/07/2025 it went through,I even send my bank statement
