Double charged and ignored

I have been trying to reach out regarding being double charged, but emails and calls are ignored. And please don't tell me I need to keep trying because I have done so multiple times now. R3333, was supposed be my last payment but you guys took an extra R3333. This Is no small amount, can I please be refunded.
