Double charge

Payflex double charged me for a purchase and have still not resolved the issue after almost 2 weeks. Emailing them is the only means of communication, whereby nobody ever responds or makes effort to get in touch to resolve the issue. I have since had to pay my next installment whilst they have already taken my money. No customer service at all. Appalling to say the least.
