Double charge - 0 customer support

Was using payflex with no issues for a while. Then in March they created two payments for the same thing. I never got two products only got one. reached out to them and was ignored - no customer support at all, I am going to have to pay Nedbank to assist me with dispute. So disappointed. I use them alot but after this never again. Payflex order number (double orders but it only supposed to be one)

Tried reaching out to them on calls, on whatsapp, on email and on chat. They do not respond anywhere. Now nedbank says i must pay R150 to dispute the double charge. So annoyed.
