Dont even bother

Tried signing up as a merchant for my business. Terrible service. First told me my bank account doesn't exist - after submitting 6 months of statements plus all the required documents. Where does one get those documents and statements from if your account doesn't exist?? Emailed them don't know how many times - no reply to the agent or to the customer care. No answer when you call them. I have given up and applying now by different companies who offer credit to clients. Shocking service.
