Do not use it!!!
I regret using this company, please use Pay just now! . I got Snatcher through their website and I payed through their website, today Snatcher has ceased all operations they say they do not deal with Snatcher and I won’t receive my refund l but the pay just now, I used them for another Snatcher order and I received my refund.

We are sorry that Snatcher has ceased operations. However Payflex cannot be held liable as we are not the merchant and we have no control over how a merchant runs their business.
You have entered into a separate legal and binding agreement with Payflex for a Payment plan.
Please continue to pay the payment plan to avoid fees and being reported as a non-payer to the credit bureaus.
Kindly see the relevant sections from the Payflex terms and conditions (https://payflex.co.za/terms-conditions/) summarised below.
2.2. The Goods that you have purchased are governed by the relevant terms and conditions and policies of that Retailer. Your agreement in respect of the Goods is with the Retailer. Your agreement in respect of the Instalment Plan is with us.
2.3. Once you have entered into an Instalment Plan, we cannot amend or cancel any such plan without written confirmation from the Retailer in accordance with clause 10 (Refund Arrangements)
5.3. You accept all risk and liability related to the sale of the Goods by the Retailer and agree that we are not responsible for the delivery, suitability or quality of any Goods you have elected to purchase. You agree to contact and claim against the Retailer in the event of any issue with the Goods or if you wish to return any Goods.
You will need to contact and deal with the merchant regarding the products directly. The matter of the product is between you and the merchant.
Keep an eye on the media as we are sure that Snatchers attorneys will be publishing how one can claim for the products your ordered from them.
