Dissapointed

My refund in not reflecting on my order the refund was processed on the 15th of April, but on the 25th l am still required to pay full amount for goods l have returned. These guys a re ripping consumers off with this. After going through the reviews, it seems its their money making strategy, Daylight ******* at its best. Their whatsApp chat line is operated by a robot that gives the same automated responses, and their landline keeps on being disconnected, no response on support email. Please people be careful when ordering, if you will need a refund expect disappointments.
