Disputed Payflex Payment on Takealot order

Paid some items using payflex online I have been trying to pay the amount which is due this month with no luck the system kept on crushing, tried to call them with no luck, then I told myself that maybe they will be able to deduct it when its due. But when they did I kept receiving messages that the payment couldn't go through. I tried to call again no luck still then today which is the 27th of June. I'm trying to get hold of them then decided to write an email. And when I logged in today I noticed that the amount went up. I have been using payflex before never encountered such an incident.
