Disgusting service

I am disgusted with the service I receive from Payflex. They never answer the call when I phone and they don’t respond to emails. I informed them via email that there was ***** on my card and payment won’t go through until I receive my new card and I urgently asked them to call me more than once via email as they don’t answer telephone calls. Not one person has responded to my emails or returned my calls and now they have charged me for late payment. This is ********* and disgusting. It is the worst service I have ever received from a company.
