Disgusting customer service

I am soo disappointed by customer service from Payflex, like how difficult can it be to change a cellphone number on my profile?? I have been going back and forth with them and all they care about is sending you countless emails to rate the service you got when interacting with their customer service agents when the issue is not even resolved yet!! I keep taking a picture of me as requested and still the issue is not resolved no one gets back to you, you literally have to after them and get an automated same response! This is absolute disgusting service i must say!!
