Disgusted

I had tried making payment on thier app since Friday but the app just keeps hanging, in the interim I get charged an arrear amount due to their system failure. I sent an email with a video of the app hanging as you cannot talk to anyone over the phone.. received a reply.from Babalwa whi advised I should.log in online and not via the app...Pauflex has now debited my account including an arrears amount which is should not be liable for. I have sent Babalwa a mail advising of this and still get absolutely no response..I am a longstanding client of Payflex and have never defaulted why should I be liable for your system errors...this seems like a ****..your system doesn't work so you just bill extra charges to clients.. like really...I want my refund!
