Disgusted!!!

Absolutely pathetic appalling service. Refund has been sitting in my Payflex wallet since December. Unable to get it out as my cell number has changed and they are sending the OTP to the old cell. Have been emailing since last month with no response, when I do get a response the customer service agent completely misunderstands my issue and I am back to being ignored.
