Discount Withheld
Dear Payflex, After numerous calls and emails I am still failing to understand how you would withhold my first time user discount for a returned item for a Takealot order. You only refunded a part payment. I am still not understanding how my discount is affected by a returned item.

Discounts provided by Payflex are not refundable. Please refer to our terms and condition section 10.7
Here is the link to our terms and conditions https://payflex.co.za/terms-conditions/ ; and below is the extract of point 10.7 for your perusal.
10.7. Where you have used a Coupon to pay for an order, and you or the merchant later cancels your order (or part thereof) prior to delivery of the relevant product(s), or you log a return of one or more products for a credit in accordance with this Policy, the value of the Coupon will be deducted from the purchase price of the cancelled or returned product(s) (as applicable), and we will credit your account for the balance, if any (or refund you if that is your preference). We will also provide you with a replacement Coupon of the same value as the original Coupon used. Payflex may in its sole discretion impose restrictions on the use of the replacement Coupon. For any subsequent cancellations or returns arising out of the same order, we will credit your account as normal with the value of the returned product (or refund you if that is your preference)

15 Sept 2022, 10:17Payflex, The long and short of it all , is you issued me with a first time user voucher, which I gladly accepted, no where did you warn me there are terms and conditions with the discount, I returned one item in the order - order that has been fully paid I did not need anymore , and you retracted your discount! You only made a part payment, as I have said before, I do not understand your processes, I find the whole incident unfair on your part...What this basically implies is that I should never have returned unwanted item and my discount would still be in place!!!!!!
