Disappointment with Payflex customer service

am extremely disappointed with the level of service received from Payflex. I reached out with a query regarding my account/payment and have received no meaningful assistance or resolution to date. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, I’ve been met with no response at all. Customer service is a critical part of any financial service, and unfortunately, Payflex has failed to meet even the most basic expectations. I expected more transparency and urgency, especially when dealing with payment-related issues. This experience has left me frustrated and unsure about continuing to use Payflex in the future. I hope this review prompts them to take their customer support more seriously.
