DISAPPOINTING SERVICE!!!!

I am very disappointed with the service lately. I recently wanted to change my contact details because I no longer have access to the number linked to my account but I was told I can't I need to wait 6 months to change the details - I understood that. But now, the app kicked me out and when I try to log in it says my details cannot be found on the system and when I try to do a forgot password it does go through but sends an OTP to the number I no longer have access to.

My card has funds, I am supposed to make payment today but I got an email that the payment was unsuccessful what's even worse is that I can't even log into my account to at least try the payment manually. Now, I will be incurring a late fee for the delayed service I am getting from you guys and you will insist on me paying the late fee when it wasn't my fault!

I even sent an email earlier on to be assisted with this technical error but no response. I called in but the bot there says the number has reached the number of calls and I should contact the administrator!
