Disappointing Payflex Non support.

I made a manual payment on the app on my order #*** on 25.01.2025 and that payment doesn’t reflect on the order, instead it only reflects their deduction which went off same day. So the order was paid twice on Jan 25. The payment did go through on my bank and Payflex is just ignoring my cries. No response/ support on emails, lines, WhatsApp. No help at all. Payflex completely AWOL on this.
