Disappointed with No Spend Limit After Registration

I registered with Payflex hoping to take advantage of the “Buy Now, Pay Later” feature, but after completing the sign-up process, I was disappointed to find that I have a zero spend limit. What is the point of registering if I can’t actually use the service?

No explanation was provided, and there’s no clear guidance on how to qualify for a spend limit. This has been a frustrating experience, and I’m left questioning the value of signing up in the first place.

I hope Payflex can improve transparency around how spend limits are determined and provide better communication to new users.
