Disappointed and Disgusted

Had an emergency, car ****** with bank cards, phone, ID and wallet the works...I had to stop cards to avoid more theft and ***** which in turn affected Debit cards that were affialiated with Payflex payments. I COULD NOT CALL OR EMAIL anybody to get support on processing payments to avoid any charges....while I couldn't get ANY SUPPORT R95 x 4 was charged..THE WORST PART IS ALL THIS COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED, had the company benefited from my suffering by charging me fees whilst I couldnt rectify this issue...Gravely disappointed in PAYFLEX
