Didn't get my order

I would have given Payflex 5stars. This is just to complain about the order that was canceled by takealot because they did not receive the payment from payflex, but payflex took the first installment from my bank account and I have two more installments to go(pay) for something I did not receive. Kindly rectify this since you can not get help through customer care.
