Deliberately Misleading and ********* business practice

Payflex is operating in bad faith they withhold customer refunds in their account and do not notify you once your money is in their account. Once the money is there they make it extremely difficult to withdraw the funds, they say update banking details to withdraw the funds after attempting to do so they reject it sighting invalid ID yet there is no field to enter your ID nor did they request my ID when making a purchase. Seems like they are running a legitimate ****.
