Deducting money for completed orders then they ignore emails

Last month(June), I paid my last installment for an order I made, my payment date is 1st. On the 26th of July they deducted an installment of a completed order and in a few days time they will be deducting for a new order I made on the 1st of July. They completely ignore emails, they are very active on Facebook, they reply to messages but refer you to their email address knowing very well that they are going to ignore you. I used Payflex for a while but lately I see bad reviews and now it happened to me. I don't recommend it
