Deducted 01st payment but order didn't go through

I had placed an order using payflex , the first payment went off from my account but the order was not processed. I have been trying to call them , nothing seems to work , not there number or email , I have send over 10 emails , no help what so ever , your service is terrible , no help and proper details what so ever.
