Debited twice for one transaction

My account was debited twice for one transaction on the 25 July 2025. No contact numbers to call them. Sent email only to be rep**** by a their autobot giving me ticket number which is also useless because no one came back to me. Am very angry, I've never seen such a non caring company in my life.
