Change of contact details

Very disappointed in their service. i have been trying to change my number on the app since i lost the number i registered with. i sent all the relevant details on the support email but still haven't been assisted. Whatsapp messages is worse coz of their automated response. SUCH AN INCONVENIENCE!!
