Change of cellphone number

I lost my phone and was unable to do sim swap. I have money in my wallet but can’t catch it out due to not able to receive OTP. I have sent emails from 17/03/2025 to this date requesting to change my cellphone number so I can use or cash out my money but still no success, calls don’t go through and their WhatsApp platform is not much of a help. It’s really frustrating. I don’t know what to do now.
