Change my cell number
Change of Cellphone Number I had to change my cell number, and I need Payflex to update my cell number so the OTP can be sent to my new phone number so that I can do a wallet withdrawal. I have escalated this since 01st May 2025, and have heard no feedback via email, telephone or whatsapp. When I call your number its going to voicemail. When will I get my money credited from my wallet to my bank account, I need these funds urgently. I am not the only person who has the issue. I appreciate a response to this urgently or I will take legal action against you trying to keep my funds for yourself

Their support line goes straight to voicemail, and my email from Saturday has received no response, despite the “72-hour” policy. I’ve done everything right, yet I still can’t access my own funds due to a system that won’t allow number changes without their intervention. This is unacceptable. I need immediate assistance to update my cell number and access my refund. @PayflexSA — please escalate this. The lack of response is unfair to your customers.
