Cannot make payments

Customer care is a joke. They just close calls and never read messages. They send standard ******* and do not allow you to follow up. CANNOT MAKE PAYMENTS. CARD KEEPS REJECTING EVEN IF USE VIRTUAL CARDS . I HAVE TO CHANGE MY CARDS ON EVERY TRANSACTION. LOGGING IN ISSUES. This is been going on for a few months
