Calls to Customer Support number *** are dropped

I sent an email about 3 days ago to update a cell number on my profile so I can log in and check out a purchase I am making. I only received an automated response thus far. This morning, I have been calling the *** customer support number to follow up, but the call gets picked up and dropped. If it's network-related issues, the website, I believe, should update this kind of information, or at least respond to the emails.
