I had an agreement with them to deduct money on the 15th. They went into my bank on the 13th even though 15th was a work day and there was no money on the 13th so they went on the 15th and charged me R96 for not finding money on the 13th even though agreement is the 15th. 31st they deduct again. Their phones are not answered. I will never use them again. I will also go on social media to tell my story. People need to know.
