Blocked account

I am truly disappointed with payflex and their customer support. They don’t take their customers seriously. I have emailed them multiple times in regards to my account being blocked with zero notice and my tickets have never been attended to even after the 72 hours waiting time. I have been paying them on time and been consistent with my orders but still not attended ro by customer support to help in regards with my complaints My account has been blocked for over two months now and still no response to my ticket numbers.
