Biometric limit reached

I created an account with payflex it's been over a month they have all my details want to purchase but keep on showing biometric validation reached. I've tried contacting the customer care service but that number is out of service, also i have send multiple emails about my query but still no response. It's been so frustrating they keep on they saying issue has been resolve but nothing has been done issue still the same. I have been struggling with my smile ID verification but no it's a assistance have been provided. I have threatened them multiple times with complete of going to hello Peter but none would be a result or care for. And they don't give a ****
