Biggest ****mers of this century

These people are ****mers. They claim they have 0% interest rate but guess what? They take their money by charging late payments penalties. They claim to have debited me and that said debit bounced hence the penalty fee, they didn’t debit anything (I checked with my banker). Why should I pay penalties for a debit that wasn’t even sent to my account? I will be going to ombudsman with this
