BEWARE OF PAYFLEX, NO CONTACT, POOR ASMINISTRATION

Made a purchase order from Takealot on the 22/10/25 using Payflex, transaction went off my bank account. Takealot could not access funds from Payflex & cancelled my order. Tried to get Payflex contact, all numbers I could get were not answered, then sent a message using Payflex online messaging service, few minutes later the response was that my Ticket number 267844 was closed without any resolution, then sent a second query Ticket number 271891, no response till this day. Payflex administration, why are you sitting with unaccounted funds, Is your administration a **** or poor ??? I need my funds back!!!
