Being Handed over for a purchase(s) I never made

I have been searching the web trying to find out more information about PayFlex and how to get through to them and then stumbled across all the reviews on the Hello Peter website and just had to write my own comments. I fully agree with everything that has been mentioned about this appalling service provider, my experience is word for word what the other users have mentioned i.e. non responsiveness phone line, a chat box that is not AI driven at all repeats the same response despite how much you try to rephrase your query. Like many of the reviewers I got a call from Malan and Collier about an account that has been handed over when I have never ever used PayFlex before. This seems to be a very serious problem and it seems they are not even treating this with the urgency it deserves. They have so many consumer protection transgressions, how they are still allowed to do business in this country is a mystery. How do you even hand over an account when you did not even attempt to contact the customer to follow up on payment? Their arrogance in their responses here is beyond words, yes we will take them on on platforms like Hello Peter because their own customer engagement platforms are non-existent. And by the way it seems one will get a better response on this platform that on their own.
