Bad Services, no response

Been trying to change cellphone on the account, unsuccessfully.. First it was a hassle doing the verfication/selfie, now the moment you log in it sends an OTP to the very same numner I want to change. This is so frustrating, I have payments due soon, next thing I'll be charged penalties
